Hi there! I'm Nikki, a 20-something recent art school grad and Anglophile extraordinaire . I'm into far too many things, most of which should be covered in my Interests. Right now I'm coming down off a five year Harry Potter high (which shall only be rekindled by the last two movies) and finding my new fannish love in Doctor Who. I've just finished my Big Project - hand crocheting Tom Baker's epic scarf from his stint as the 4th Doctor. I have two offers already for commissioned replicas, which I am seriously (insanely) considering.
I'm a project coordinator for one of the leading companies in the alarm industry, way out of my field of study (theatre) but it pays the bills and helps me save up funds to start my own costuming company with my two best girlfriends. When I'm not at work, I spend my time reading, sewing, and spending time with my friends - which usually amounts to some form of RPG, be it table top or LARP. Big ol' dork right here, and I'm damned proud of it.
